This seems to me just one more indication of USA’s ongoing decline into more and more institutionalized violence. It is so rampant in their culture from little children at school up through their police and military operations. I don’t know where it will end or if it will end but it is very very scary. The citizens are all at risk from each other and from the authorities and from their highest levels of government. Perhaps we are looking at another 10 year period of civil disobedience to roll back some of these excesses. It can’t start soon enough in my opinion. They need to take control of and redirect their country immediately.
